If you are a new user,
enter your utility account number in the "user Email" box then use the
meter number for your "password". Account number should include the dash
sign (1234567-8910) as it appears on your water bill. You will be prompted to
change your password after your first successful login. Be sure to change your
password to something you can remember, yet hard enough that someone else
cannot guess it.
You can only get to "Customer Profile maintenance" after you have logged on.
